Blogtrain#26

Well folks it's been awhile training hard for comp, life is really on hold when doing so. I do like to try to balance life though, but it's super tough with family, friends and training time. Anyway, been spending time getting my back better at the Chiropractor lately, it's helping all I hear though is crack, crack and more Crack. Then your sore again, then you go back for crack and you know the rest.... I like it though, so I will keep going. Anyway meal #6 in the making have to go attack it and watch some serious t.v., thanks have a great night.

Okay don't be afraid of carbs people this is what is going to help add the muscle on your body! Right now I am taking in about 230g of carbs a day. This is a make or break if your goal is muscle! If you keep treading water change some things play with the numbers see what works for you!
