Blogtrain#15

Out and about after training with my little trainer, stopped by the old Texas Roadhouse for some gift cards. Nothing like walking in and smelling the rolls, the rolls of heaven I tell you! You just want to sit down right away and have one or maybe three with a beer or two. It's all about the smell I tell you, or maybe the old Texas had me at hello!

I sure hope the fellow peeps I purcharsed gift cards for will love them, or maybe they will take me with. I could give them a free training session for them taking me with. Anyway back to the gym and maybe Texas Roadhouse....

Okay, so don't throw away the hearts of the celery people that is where most of the nutrients are in the veggie.

Why Celery?
  • Curbs cravings and regulates blood pressure
  • Has very low sodium and the sodium that it does have helps replace electrolytes that are lost during everyday life.
  • It serves as a Natural diuretic-also helps urine production and bowel movements.

Snow, Snow, Snow....Me and Mr.Snow don't get see eye to eye. He gets in the way of what I have to do...I understand about 5inches or so, but 12-20 I don't think so..If you want a workout just stand in one place outside and try to deny the wind from tipping you over, there you go use every muscle you have to hold yourself up...Hee hee hee :-)

Just had a fabulous workout, I am so excited Yay! I even ran into my brother at the gym, that was kinda cool! I will be at the Lucy Store in the Galleria tomorrow from about 2:15-4:00 presenting my business and answering questions on working out a long with nutrition. I love it when I am right in the middle of something at the gym and the crazy guy comes up right next to me and starts making all this noise and stuff on purpose. It's always the same guy, it's like he has radar where I am at in the gym, it doesn't matter if I am all the way across the gym he finds me. Should I be freaked out a little I don't know....

It's funny I don't know if I am the only person that does it, but when the machines at the club ask to for your weight, I always put in a lighter weight then I am, I think it just makes me feel better I don't know!

Blogtrain#9

Just finished recipe testing, I posted a great one this week my Chile Rellenos, give them a try and let me know how it goes! See more at Erica's Training and Healthy Lifestyle Gourmet on Facebook. Just to give you a heads up I have been a trainer for almost 6years, but recently went into business for myself, I have been training a total of about 10years though all together. My recipes are things I eat and I just like to share a way of eating that's healthy and tastes great at the same time.

Today I did listen to music my new downloaded stuff, I love when I have new songs to listen to, sometimes it's hard to find songs I like, it's weird to think because there are so many to choose from too.

I am at the gym doing my thing and for some reason you know the key that you get for your locker, I always pin it on something, but I lose that stupid thing at least one time a week. If you lose it, I think it's like 50 dollars to replace. For some reason though everytime I lose it I find it. I don't know I think it's the strangest thing, yes it did happen to me the other day again....This key thing interrupts everything, when I notice I it's gone, my heart skips a beat and then I panic, but always find it! Okay peace out, going to go and eat a chicken ohh I mean a chicken breast heeheehee and much more!

I always like to see how many things I can do at one time, sometimes I surprise myself. I can have a weight in one hand, cook with the other and talk on the phone. I think that would be considered a little talent! What to say, most say they can't find the time, well you have to make the time to do whatever your heart wants to do, because it can be achieved, doesn't matter how you get to that point, as long as you get to it, doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as you get to it...

Blogtrain#5

Trained back today, wow feels great! I get home and thinking of what to eat after training, I end up eating let's see chicken, rice, veggies ooh then some oatmeal. Not done yet, I was hungry added some peanut butter to the mix oohh not done yet then I had a protein shake, yes a girl needs to eat! Yeah and people think I don't eat, well I can put most to shame!

Blogtrain#4

I am at the gym and write down each workout that I do, I have a special pen. I seem to lose the pen, but always find it. this time I lost it and didn't find it, so I went to target and purchased a new set of special pens..Very excited to start using them.

Okay folks, the holiday's are on the way and it's time to start now with the fitness, not after. If you need any guidance get a hold of me, that is why I am here. You may think that I don't eat what I want around the holiday's, but I eat everything, plus more then everyone else. The key thing is that I keep my training going and my food going most of the time during the holiday's. Just because I eat those things I don't fall off the wagon the other times, you can eat your cake and have more if you follow guidelines...

Blogtrain#3

Inspiration comes in three's for the gym savy! Upon waking, I was stiff got my lazy ass to the gym and after a few minutes of cardio I felt a lot better. As I am pushing through the cardio I was thinking inspiration: at least 3 came to mind, but that's for me know, I will not tell.....

I was inspired for recipe's this week too, I have three new one's coming: I just posted one today, my crab stuffed omelette with spinach and paprika it's amazing, packs a huge flavor in one bite...Try it! Something about 3's today, not sure!

Blogtrain#2

I am at the gym doing my thing, it's very distinctive that I am using this set of weight equipment, this guy walks over and asks hey are using that. I am like no you dumb "   " can't you see that it's right in front of me and my hands are on the weights basically.  Sometimes I wonder how these people make it through a day!

Recipe testing today, I have some really good one's coming with paprika and spinach can't wait baby!!!!
