Blogtrain#24 Quick Tip Monday~

Okay don't be afraid of carbs people this is what is going to help add the muscle on your body! Right now I am taking in about 230g of carbs a day. This is a make or break if your goal is muscle! If you keep treading water change some things play with the numbers see what works for you!
