Okay, so don't throw away the hearts of the celery people that is where most of the nutrients are in the veggie.

Why Celery?
  • Curbs cravings and regulates blood pressure
  • Has very low sodium and the sodium that it does have helps replace electrolytes that are lost during everyday life.
  • It serves as a Natural diuretic-also helps urine production and bowel movements.
