Okay don't be afraid of carbs people this is what is going to help add the muscle on your body! Right now I am taking in about 230g of carbs a day. This is a make or break if your goal is muscle! If you keep treading water change some things play with the numbers see what works for you!

Today was another accomplishment of gluten free/ dairy free and wheat free since learning I have allergies to all, which sucks but is some how exciting to cook and learn again. This will be a blog alot about the lifestyle of gluten and dairy free it's not easy I am learning...
