Blogtrain#5

Trained back today, wow feels great! I get home and thinking of what to eat after training, I end up eating let's see chicken, rice, veggies ooh then some oatmeal. Not done yet, I was hungry added some peanut butter to the mix oohh not done yet then I had a protein shake, yes a girl needs to eat! Yeah and people think I don't eat, well I can put most to shame!
